Personal data protection notice
Following the entry into force of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, we process the personal information you provide to us as described below and within the limits set by the legislation, in accordance with Article 10 of the Law.
Definitions
- Personal data: any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
- Processing: any operation performed on data, such as obtaining, recording, storing, retaining, amending, disclosing, transferring, classifying or preventing its use.
- Data processor: the natural or legal person who processes personal data on behalf of the data controller, under the authority granted by the controller.
- Data controller: the natural or legal person who determines the purposes and means of processing and is responsible for establishing and managing the data filing system.
Purposes of processing
Identity, contact, personnel, legal transaction, customer transaction, risk management, finance, professional experience and marketing data are processed for the purposes of conducting job application processes, fulfilling obligations arising from employment contracts and legislation, conducting activities in compliance with legislation, carrying out finance and accounting work, following up legal affairs, conducting and auditing business activities, managing contract processes and providing information to authorised persons, institutions and organisations.

- Natural persons or private law legal entities
- Shareholders
- Authorised public institutions and organisations
Personal data collected and processed is not transferred abroad.
Method of collection
Personal data is collected through physical and electronic records, our website, e-mail, SMS or other means, our social media accounts, our digital platforms, and printed forms and documents.
Your rights under Article 11 of the Law
- To learn whether personal data is being processed
- To request information if personal data has been processed
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly
- To know the third parties to whom data is transferred, domestically or abroad
- To request correction where data is incomplete or inaccurate
- To request erasure or destruction under the conditions in Article 7
- To request notification of such actions to third parties to whom data was transferred
- To object to a result arising against you from analysis solely by automated systems
- To claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing
How to apply
You may submit your request in the following ways:
- By completing the Personal Data Application Form on our website, signing it by hand and applying in person to Koşuyolu Mah. İmar Limited Sok. No: 26/2 Kadıköy / İstanbul
- By sending the same signed form to the above address through a notary
- By sending the form signed with your secure electronic signature under Law No. 5070 to the registered e-mail address ethicmedikal@hs01.kep.tr
Depending on the nature of your request, applications are concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest. Where the process requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged in line with the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board.
